Brilliant little campsite with bar and pool

Petit camping familial, très bon accueil, petit resto au bord de la piscine chauffée bien sympa. Sanitaires un peu vieillots et emplacements pas très pratiques et petits pour certains. On peut rejoindre Nerja a velo. On s y est senti très bien et serions bien restés une nuit de plus.

Området ligger på sluttning, mellan motorvägen och N 340. Lite ljud hörs från motorvägen, men inget vi stördes av direkt (stod på plats närmast baren/poolen). Platsen har grus, utsikt över havet, övriga platser har mest sand (risk för pölar när det regnar).

Rena fräscha toaletter och duschar med gott om varmvatten.
(Då det regnat en del utforskade vi inte väg till stranden som ligger en bit ifrån.)

Campingen ligger 3,5 till 4 km från centrala Nerja, men inga problem med att få taxi. Enkel resa c:a 10 € dagtid, c:a 12 € kvällstid.
Inte heller långt till grottorna.

Smakfullt dekorerat/inrett på området.
Supergoda tapas i baren!

Pris 35 €/natt med el kanske kan kännas högt för några, men vi är mer än nöjda!
Kommer att återkomma vid tillfälle!

What a wonderful way to spend the last day of our holiday in Nerja, as we were on a late flight.
Hired sunbeds for the day for €10. A heated pool, great food, clean showers and a beautiful view of the coastine.
Feeling very chilled now 😌

I was travelling with my 2 children alone and Nolan was absolutely brilliant. He looked after me and my children like family. The chalet was decorated beautifully and felt like home. We had the most amazing time. Food was great too!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The service was flawless—attentive and every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The quality of the food was outstanding, with each dish beautifully presented and the drinks were equally impressive.

What truly elevated the experience was the host, who went above and beyond and even drove us back to our hotel..

Overall, a well-deserved 5-star experience—we’ll definitely be back for a third visit and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional service, food, and atmosphere.

Spent the day with 5 friends at villa del mar pool party. Great entertainment, food was amazing and the service first class. Nolan and his team give great service, nothing was too much trouble and they are all so accommodating. Even let us stay longer and brought us back to our hotel. It’s a must visit if you holiday in Nerja.

Had a absolutely fabulous afternoon at the pool party hosted at Villa Del Mar Camping! Nolan and his team were fabulous—so friendly and attentive throughout the whole day. We spent the afternoon relaxing on the comfortable lounges around the pool, enjoying the great live music. The cocktails were delicious, and the house rosé was both reasonably priced and a good quality. The salads were fresh and very ample portions. To top it off, Nolan kindly offers a mini-bus service to take you back into Nerja, which was a great touch. Would thoroughly recommend this experience!
We will definitely be back!

Wonderful host and very accommodating. As first time campers we were helped every step of the way. Delicious Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with gorgeous views of the sea. Very clean pool and open in April which was a huge pro for the children. We will return soon.

Negatives- Bathrooms are grim by the afternoon and they only get cleaned once a day. Toilet paper and soap had run out by the evening as campsite had filled up. I would highlight this is more of a pool club than family campsite. Drunken brits swearing and shouting, singing loudly and obnoxiously at the bar till late, music pumping. Additionally if you came for a heated pool, this definitely wasn't heated, but I guess it would be refreshing in summer. Positives- walking distance to Maro town and Nerja caves and Maro Tower, as well as some nice beaches if you are up for a little hike up and down. We walked to Nerja which is over an hour but generally and easy walk. There is additionally a bus you can take from Maro to Nerja. Restaurant onsite, we didn't eat there so cat vouch for quality of food.
