Bien tranquilo y cerca de la plaza
Super pour visiter la ville qui est particulièrement charmante.
Muy limpio, cuidado y tranquilo
All good !
This is literally a few parking spaces on a fairly quiet road. Although it has grey and black waste point, plus fresh water, the black waste was blocked and overflowing and people were still emptying 😩
This aire is on both sides of a generally quiet road between a small park with picnic tables and the soccer pitch.
The dedicated non marked out motorhome spaces are on both sides of the road.
The spaces are dipped towards the road but pretty level back to front. We had to use chocks.
There is no shade which is great for solar.
It's generally very busy with walkers during the day/evening but very quiet at night.
Pros:
Free parking.
Free full services excluding ehu.
Green area.
Picnic tables.
Local restaurants, supermarkets and bars.
Hiking area.
Mountain biking marked trails.
Cons:
No shade.
The free services are on the left as you drive down the road with good signage.
The grey drain has good flow direction into the grate.
The black WC drain is on ground level under a heavy steel cover with a rope. It's marked with a yellow pain stripe. The cassette cleaning press button tap is actually the opposite side of the fresh water tap and is the furthest tap away from the drain. Because the freshwater tap is closest to the drain you can imagine some people will use it to clean their cassette.
The freshwater 3/4 turn tap with a medium screw-on connection has excellent pressure.
There is a large green bin including recycling bins outside the school entrance.
We completed one hike here. It was 12km and took in a visit to the dam and reservoir before heading in country and back to the town.
We had a nice menu del dia in Restaurant El Burgales for €15 each.
A visit to the town is a must with the church and monastery and old buildings.
We walked to the big Lupa in about 20 minutes. They have one of the best fresh crispiest breads called Chapata Horno de Lena that we ever tasted.
Bugs/Mosquitoes. (They love us..)
There were no mosquitoes or biters here at the end of March even though it was over 16 degrees but cold at night.
It's ok but can get very busy
Se queda pequeña, pero se pueden aparcar al lado
Muy buna
