Emplacements propres sur asphalte légèrement en pente avec borne de vidange eau noire, grise et eau propre. L'aire est très propre. Un peu loin de la ville. Merci à la mairie.

Aire de camping-cars full gratuite (cool !), mais mal agencée (tables de picnic proches des poubelles, services difficilement accessibles lorsque c'est plein et une seule prise)
Les gens font clairement leurs besoins à ciel ouvert dans une petite zone
Le lieu est sans doute calme lorsqu'il n'y a pas une personne qui fait des allers-retours en klaxonnant à 3h du matin pour réveiller les voyageurs (nous ne dormions pas encore et cela n'a pas réveillé les enfants : c'était un homme seul d'un certain âge 35/40 ans, il nous a fait de la peine)
11 emplacements, 14 camping-cars garés la nuit du 13 au 14 août, lendemain de l'éclipse totale.

El aparcamiento está muy bien, es gratuito y con plazas amplias, para unas 11 o 12 plazas, aunque al lado tiene aparcamiento para vehículos que está prácticamente vacío y puede servir de emergencia si no sabes dónde ir.
Cuenta con: contenedores, dos mesas con bancos, toma de agua, descarga de aguas grises y negras y una única conexión para enchufarse en todo el aparcamiento pero es gratuita así que un 10/10.

Impossible de se garer chaque camping-car a pris deux places.
Visiblement. Convertis en camping personnel pour certains.
Des égoïstes qui n'ont vraiment pas l'esprit.
Et ne voulant pas comprendre ils étaient en faute.
La mairie fait des efforts mais qu'elle aille jusqu'au bout et qu'elle fasse un peu la police.
Je suis repartie je ne m'arrêterai plus. Dans cette ville et ne ferait aucun achat.
A déconseillé vraiment.

This is a another great find for us as there are plenty of hiking and mountain biking trails.

This Aire is tarmac parking with dedicated marked out parking in blue for motorhomes across the road from a college.
The college carpark is beside the Aire divided by a wooden fence and is always full during the day and has some cars at night. It empties out on a Friday evening for the weekend.

There are 11 dedicated parking spaces for motorhomes with free services including ehu. Some of the parking spaces are not level.
The maximum stay is 72 hours.

Pros:
Free parking.
Free services including ehu.
Picnic tables.
Choice of bars and restaurants.
Supermarkets.
Some shade.
Town 10 mins walk away.

Cons:
None.

There are full free services including ehu.
The single ehu point is on the terminal.

The grey drain has good flow direction into the centre grate.

The black WC drain is on ground level on the right side of the terminal with the cover missing. The drain pipe is large but there is some splashback. The tap above the drain is a push button tap.
There is also a second press button to clean the drain when finished.

The fresh water 3/4 turn tap to the left of the terminal is a medium screw-on connection with excellent pressure.
It's not so easy to fill a water container as the fresh water outlet is parallel to the ground.

There is a large bin including recycling bins beside the services.

There is no signage to this Aire and the satnav will bring you into the town center and up a one-way street that is tight with the cars parked both sides of the road.
If coming from Lidl side take the left before the train tracks, up a one-way street, on to a two way road to the Aire bypassing the town center.

The town which has plenty to see and has a nice central park is 10 minutes walk away. It has everything you may need from bakery to pharmacy to bars to supermarkets.

The road beside the Aire is used by the locals for walking, hiking, trail running and mountain biking as it leads to the hills and is basically a long cul-de-sac for local houses.

We completed 2 hikes of 10km and 11km. One was to Arburu Haizpunta at 548m.

We had a lovely menu del dia in Restaurante Leku-Berri
Lekuberri jatetxea.

We had 3 very quiet nights here and slept very well even though the floodlights were shining through the skylight.
The third night a Friday night a group of cars arrived in college carpark at 10.30 and left at 12. They were noisy but kept to themselves.

Bugs/Mosquitoes. (They love us..)
We did not encounter any mosquitoes or bugs here towards the end of May.
