Gewoon een hele fijne plek om een paar dagen te verblijven. Jeff en Debb hebben een mooie camperplaats met goede voorzieningen, voor wie daar gebruik van wil maken. We werden zeer vriendelijk verwelkomd, zowel door Jeff en Debb als de vier schattige hondjes. Absoluut een aanrader voor wie rust zoekt. Met uitzicht op de heuvels en bergen. Dank!

Hier fühlt man sich schon fast zuhause. Herzlicher Empfang und die Betreiber (Jeff & Debb) nehmen sich immer Zeit für ihre Gäste. Wer entspannen und die Ruhe genießen möchte ist hier gut aufgehoben. Super gepflegte und absolut saubere Anlage mit wunderschönen Stellplätzen. Im nahe gelegenem Ort, gut mit dem Bike/Roller zu erreichen, gibt es einen Supermarkt und ein klasse Tappas Bar.

Stayed over Christmas this year and from the point of arrival until our time to leave the hosts, Jeff and Debbs were nothing hut perfect - the location is to die for, peace and tranquility with walks galore , our time there also was part of the Christmas event that J&D hosted which we throughly enjoyed, even if I did get slightly stitched up on the karaoke 😂 hey ho - it’s Christmas

Uns hat der Platz sehr gut gefallen.
Die Gegend außenrum ist ruhig, das ganze Grundstück wird von den Besitzern sehr gepflegt und die Sanitäranlagen sind sehr sauber. Man kann sowohl den Pool als auch die Sitzgelegenheiten draußen mit nutzen.
Die Besitzer sind ein sehr nettes und gastfreundliches, englisches Paar. Man kann auch selbstgemachte Marmelade und Chutneys kaufen.
Wir haben Mitte September für eine Nacht mit Strom für 2 Personen 15 € bezahlt, eine Dusche kostet je 1€ extra.
Man sollte keine Angst vor Hunden haben, da sie vier Hunde (alle recht klein) haben. Die Hunde sind nachts auch nicht zu hören.

Ontzettend leuk ontvangen door Rico. Op het laatste moment een bericht gestuurd met de vraag of er nog plek was. Direct antwoord en we konden komen. Mooi plek met uitzicht over de velden en sinasappelboomgaarden en bergen op de achtergrond. Geen gebruik gemaakt van de voorzieningen die er wel zijn. Goed aan te bevelen deze camperplaats.

We came here to relax and WOW, what can I say, it’s everything and more of what we hope’d it would be. An absolute idyllic oasis, far from it all but not isolated, it’s called a retreat for a reason. All we need is here, fantastic shower and toilet facilities. Meticulously cleaned every day by the very hospitable Debb. There are homemade organic chutneys and jams to buy which are delicious. From the start where you get a warm and sincere greeting from Jeff the entire experience is fabulous, really great value. I’m actually not too sure about recommending this place as I’d like to keep it a secret, but I’d have to do it highly and I would without any shadow of a doubt return. And I’m still here now. Thank you very much for a fantastic stay in your very own Utopia. And we will see you both again.

Had a great couple of days staying in our motorhome at Ricos Retreat and had the most relaxing time. The hosts Jeff & Debbs are so helpful and nothing too much trouble. If you like the peace and quiet and Amazing views put this on your list. Will definitely be calling by next time on our travels, and Debbs does the best homemade Jams and Chutneys so why wouldn't you call in 😀

If you’re looking for somewhere quiet this is the place for you. It’s a lovely little one bed apartment attached to the owner’s house. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Two settees for lounging on. Good tv and Wi-Fi. The pool is plenty big enough and there are excellent seating areas outside both for sunbathing and dining. The nearest town is a 15 minute drive but has a great supermarket and some interesting eateries. Car essential. Four stars only because there are no facilities within walking distance. The hosts could not have been more friendly or helpful. In fact they’re delightful!

Amabilidad y relajación total. Es lo que hemos encontrado en toda nuestra estancia. La casa con su jardín precioso y la piscina, son ideales para descansar de todo, está rodeado de campos, pájaros y silencio. La casa tiene todo lo necesario y más (menos obviamente la comida que uno se lleva de casa), aunque están las cosas básicas como especias, aceite, café y unas galletas (nos pareció un detalle muy bonito), no le falta detalle, toallas, sábanas, cocina completa. El jardín donde se encuentra la piscina tiene todo, tumbonas de lona o de plástico, una zona a la sombra con sofás de jardín y almohadones para disfrutar al aire libre a la sombra también. Hay una carpa con una barbacoa de jardín y una mesa para comer fuera. Afuera de nuestra casita había también una mesa dos sillas y una sombrilla, para desayunar afuera. Está todo super limpio donde mires, tanto en la casa como en todo el terreno.
Quiero destacar la atención de Debb y Jeff (incluida la hermana Francesca),son amables, super disponibles y respetuosos con la privacidad de sus huéspedes. Hemos pasado unos días muy bonitos y unas bonitas charlas con ellos (tienen 4 perritos muy monos y educados y un gatito que casi no se deja ver). Lo recomendamos para desconectar del ruido y conectar con la tranquilidad y la naturaleza.

Wie rust zoekt met weidse vergezichten: kom naar hier! Wie een kleinschalige cp (maar wel met zwembad, wasmachine, drinkwater, stortput, etc) zoekt: kom naar Jeff & Debby!
Wie heerlijk wil wandelen en fietsen: kom naar hier!
Wie betoverende zons- op en -ondergangen wil meemaken: aarzel niet langer!
