Mountain View Camp Site

Whilst we always appreciate constructive criticism there is nothing constructive about your review and no ideas on improvement. As you are aware we do inform people at the point of enquiry, that we are a basic campgroup, with basic facilities as we are under construction. However we do have hot showers, clean toilets, pot washing facilities, water fill up and free WiFi (accessible from all current camping area, with password). When you made your enquiry we informed you of the above and also that due to the recent adverse weather, some of the site was a bit muddy. It was therefore your choice to visit us or not. Your assessment of the ambience is somewhat confusing as you visited on a warm, sunny day around lunchtime when the vista is green and peaceful. Previous clients, including those with young children have commented on how quiet and comfortable they have found it. We understand that we have a long way to go to be anywhere close to a 5* site, however all other clients have rated us 5* for the experience they had while staying with us. Considering you didn't actually stay overnight, we feel that your review is somewhat unfair, but that is your opinion. We are continuing to make improvements and hope that other people will give us a chance regardless of your review as this doesn't reflect the majority view.
