Vorsicht: Preisabsprachen werden nicht eingehalten!
„Wir sind sehr enttäuscht. Meiner Frau wurde bei der Ankunft ein Preis von 14 € pro Nacht genannt. Als wir nach zwei Tagen bezahlen wollten, verlangte der Betreiber plötzlich 30 € pro Tag – mehr als das Doppelte! Absolut intransparent und unseriös. Wir fühlen uns abgezockt und können diesen Platz aufgrund der unzuverlässigen Preispolitik definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen. Sucht euch lieber eine ehrliche Alternative.“

NACHTRAG zur Antwort des Inhabers:
„Erschreckend, dass Kritik hier direkt mit persönlichen Beleidigungen (‚mangelndes Leseverständnis‘) gekontert wird. Das unterstreicht leider nur den unprofessionellen Umgang mit Gästen, den wir erlebt haben. Wenn mündliche Zusagen nicht eingehalten werden und man bei Rückfragen beschimpft wird, hilft auch kein Schild. Zukünftige Gäste können an der aggressiven Reaktion des Betreibers hier unter meiner Bewertung selbst sehen, welches Klima auf diesem Platz herrscht. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!“

Sehr unzufrieden,
Da der Betreiber "Tako"
mich angelogen hat.
Beim ankommen nannte er mir 14 €
pro Nacht.
Bei der Abreise verlangte er
kalt lächelnt 30 € pro Nacht.
Das ist dieser Platz nicht wert.
Da wäre ich auf einen Campingplatz gefahren.
Nie wieder.Es ging unseren Nachbarn auch so.
Alles verlogen.

Area tranquila y cerca de la playa de Calpe, a 10 minutos andando.
Area preparada para estar solo en Calpe, ya que tiene horario limitado para el coche (De 9 a 12 y de 16 a 18.)
Si tú idea es quedarte solo en Calpe es muy buen sitio, pero si quieres hacer excursiones con tu furgoneta tener en cuenta esos horarios.
Tranquilo, baños limpios, cerca de la playa.

32 € / Tag!! für Kurzzeitaufenthalte bis zu vier Tagen.
Nach unserer Ankunft am frühen Nachmittag wurden wir telefonisch gefragt, wie lang unser Camper ist. Obwohl wir mit einem Van mit 5,50 m unterwegs sind, wurde uns ein Komfort -Stellplatz zugewiesen. Es handelte sich um eine sehr kleine Parzelle mit Strom–, Wasser– und Abwasseranschluss. Diese Komfort Dienstleistungen benötigen wir nicht. Es werden aber zusätzliche 2 € fällig. Insgesamt werden 32 € für diese kleine Parzelle berechnet.
Auf vergleichbaren Stellplätzen werden üblicherweise 18-19 € in Rechnung gestellt. Selbst Campingplätze nehmen zu dieser Jahreszeit nur 20-25 €.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt leider überhaupt nicht. Die sanitären Einrichtungen befinden sich in Containern mit der bekannten Ausstattung. Es gibt zum Beispiel keine Ablage oder einen Vorraum für Kleidung. An der Duschtür befinden sich lediglich zwei Kleiderhaken.

Really disappointing behaviour from the owner on this site who was aggressive and incredibly rude to us.

We had read some of the negative reviews but decided to give the site the benefit of the doubt, we now wish we hadn’t!

We arrived at 4pm as pre agreed, the gate is always locked which we understand but they don’t answer the phone so we were hanging around waiting outside for a response which we eventually receive via whatsapp. We are told to use the noticeboard for anything we need to know and which plot to use. Fair enough but not very welcoming. We were tired after travelling so didnt get to view the noticeboard.

We were then visited by the owner (well we assume the owner as he didnt introduce himself) the next morning who stormed over while we were having breakfast with his finger pointing at us ‘you, english?’ (as he said it he rolled his eyes, not even a hello I must add), ‘you walk your dog outside, next time off/out’ …at the same time sharply gesturing his thumb over his shoulder for us to leave.

My husband politely asked him to be polite in return and stop pointing his finger at us and apologised as we werent made aware at any point that we weren’t allowed to walk our dogs on the site, we are now unsure how we actually get our dogs to the exit of the site without using our vehicle without having fingers pointed at us again. We had planned to walk everywhere keeping our caravan plotted as you usually would and the whole point of this location and it being ‘dog friendly’.

We were left feeling very uncomfortable and unwelcome. We booked this site at last minute and everywhere else was fully booked, we now know why this site had so many free plots at a prime time.

I would recommend the owner change the site to not accept dogs if they are that un dog friendly. We have two older dogs who don’t make a sound, always on the lead and super friendly so disappointed to be treated like this on a site that accepts dogs. We obviously pick up or wash down their waste and are considerate of this. The notice board states to pick up after your dog, not that you’re not allowed to walk your dog around the site so this needs to be corrected.

I think it would be a good idea for the owner to have some lessons on effective communication and manners or find another vocation.

We only usually leave positive google reviews, as you will see from our profile, but were so disappointed about this we felt we had to leave a poor review.

We have visited many other sites who have been nothing but informative and welcoming.

All in all very disappointing, we do not recommend this site. We have never felt more unwelcome.

In terms of the rest of the site - very bare, the facilities are very basic, shower pressure is poor but they are hot showers at least, weird DIY exposed plumbing which has left rust exposed so doesnt’t feel hygienic….the reviews show a pool which is now lamely filled in. The plots are quite crammed in and its overpriced at 30 euro per night. In terms of location its in a built up residential area with no foot paths and poor street lighting.

Not a pleasant experience and this tainted our visit to Calpe.

* to add further to our ‘hosts’ response-a typically rude response from a so called host! no surprise there from his responses to any other negative posts…its a shame he can’t take on feedback and accept responsibility for his behaviour like any other genuine host. I hope noone else bears the brunt of his awful behaviour.

November is hoogseizoen in Calpe. Alle camperplekken volgeboekt tot januari. Toch konden we op de bonnefooi terecht voor 1 nacht. Toen we langer wilden blijven, konden we in de ochtend telkens doorschuiven naar een andere plek weer voor 1 nacht. Dank aan Taco en Juanita voor de flexibiliteit. De plek is relaxed met vnl overwinteraars. De douches krap maar schoon. Het hek is altijd dicht. Even t nummer bellen wat op t bordje staat. Wel zo veilig!
De boulevard aan zee en t oude dorpje op de berg op fietsafstand. Wel flink steil hier en daar.

Heute, am 19.03. waren wir mit unserem Womo mit Hänger vor dem Stellplatz. Das Tor war zu. Eingezäunt und mit Sichtschutz wie Fort Knox war nicht erkennbar, ob noch was frei ist. Es gab Schilder mit Zeiten der Rezeption. Da wir nicht wussten, woran wir waren, sind wir weitergefahren auf einen Campingplatz 18 km weiter. Ist auch viel schöner. Dennoch, ich halte es für höchst arrogant, auf die Belange suchender Camper zu spucken. Wegen Reichtum geschlossen. Lächerlich. Ich habe den Platz von unserer Liste gelöscht und kann das nur jedem empfehlen. Wenn man nicht zufällig zu den Rezeptionszeiten kommt, weiß man nicht, woran man ist. Erklärende mehrsprachige Schilder sind nicht vorhanden. Wenn Sie keinen Wert auf Kunden legen, kann ich sehr gut auf sie verzichten.

Smorgens gebeld of er plaats is voor 2 campers zou geen probleem zijn vertrokken vanuit Blanes is 7hr rijden aangekomen rond 16hr hoor zeggen zonder schroom sorry geen plaats en dan uwe kop nog niet laten zien alle beleefdheid en fatsoen voorbij een dikke nul voor mij en medereizigers

9 weken bij Tako en Juanita gestaan. Fijne en verzorgde camperplaats. Gezellige bar, 3x per week open. Schone toiletten en douches.

We were delighted to find such a lovely camperpark in the middle of a quiet residential area. Wi-Fi is free on all pitches, Electricity is available at every pitch and chargeable, water taps are very near to pitches, we had a pitch with grey water disposal, chemical toilet disposal points are very clean and easy to use, the showers are very clean and always have plenty of hot water. Bottled gas deliveries are available on site if ordered the previous day. It is a very safe and secure site.
The owners Tako and Juanita are very helpful and friendly, they run a small bar on site, days and times are posted. The guy at a small well stocked essentials supermarket just outside the site is very friendly. Our experience was fantastic and this is a very friendly and welcoming place to stay, all nationalities came together to make it probably the best site we have ever stayed on.
Thank you Tako and Juanita, we will see you again.
