The most fantastic campsite in Spain that we have ever visited. Please do not go and spoil our return visit in 2024!
No fresh water, no waste disposal, hardly any electricity but a fantastic and friendly location!

Too many negatives for us to stay again. Lovely views and big pitches BUT the noise from the farm next door is horrendous. There are about 7 dogs that run the fence barking all day and all night. There is also a lot of road noise from the lorries running gypsum to the port. There must be about one a minute going to and from the port! The other problems with the agricultural water supply, poor electricity and toilets just serve to shade out the positives.

The positives of this site are the views and sunny aspects. The people are very friendly, mostly British. You can walk into Turre on the Rambla which is a pleasant, but rough walk in 20 minutes. The town has everything you should need. There are some serious negatives which have been said before. The water is almost unusable, the electricity is only any good for charging mobile equipment, the showers need an update and you need to carry your rubbish offsite and deposit in public bins. The water/ deposit and chemical toilet are in the corner of campsite so motorhomes need to empty grey water with a bucket. If you are content with the inadequate facilities this is the site for you. However, we have stayed on better sites that were much cheaper.

Beautiful View from this Campsite ! We met some lovely people who were there, who made our holiday special. BUT... NO Fresh Water. The Electric is Terrible, 4amp, Always tripping out ! And you get charged for it ! The Wi Fi is Also Terrible and you pay for it ! BUT the Electric is the worst thing about this Campsite. The near farm has DOGS, that are LEFT OUT at NIGHT.... that BARK EARLY HOURS ! So don't always expect a quiet night sleep. You will need transport from this Campsite to go to the Beach at Mojacar, or into Turre , into Shops or anywhere. Needs TLC Generally overall in the Toilets, Showers. But if it is a sunny view you want then you cant beat it, with nice people. But be prepared to use your own Gas on your Caravan and have Transport.

Endroit calme, un peu trop de mouches lol, les patrons sont super sympa et le prix super attractif. On y reviendra avec plaisir, pas très loin de la plage mais avoir un moyen de locomotion(moto, vélo)

Geoff is a really nice guy. It's basic camping. You need to bring drinking water as the site water isn't potable. Some times low voltage. No hanging washing lines btw, got a ticking off for that from the site warden !

Gave 4 star's because I never give 5 , we had a blowout on our way to another campsite 200 mtr from here Geoff let us stay for 4 nights while we sorted new tyres with Geoff 's help and the loan of Geoff's Jack's, turns out fate was on our side lovely peaceful campsite with beautiful views. Thanks again Geoff.

We stayed here for several weeks while looking for our new houses in Spain and have to say it was an absolute joy. The backdrop of the mountains is quite spectacular and waking up to these wonderful views every morning is reall food for the soul. Geoff is a real character and always there to help you with anything onsite or advise for anything offsite and what to do in the local area.

The pitches are large and serviced with power and water is local to the pitches too. The showers are more than adequate and always clean and tidy. A washing machine is available too and even a separate machine to wash out your doggie blanket!

Nearby Mojacar is a wonderful place as is Garrucha with many restaurants and bars and wonderful beaches and beach clubs. All within a ten minute drive of the site. The small nearby town of Turre has a few good shops, bars and restaurants if you want something within a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute drive.

There is a LIDL within ten minutes drive on the edge of Garrucha too.

All in all if you haven’t visited this area you must try it and if you are in your motorhome or Caravan (or 5th Wheel Like ours) you really must stay at Canada Camping.....

Just love this place ... stayed here 3 times now and as always made so welcome. Bars are near and the beach nearby fabulous ... thoroughly recommend.
