We arrived without a booking on Wednesday, the 27th of August 2025.
[The feedback is based on comments of all people staying - 4 adults, family members. Pictures are edited to remove people/identifying info.]

Arrival to the campsite was not without its fun!
1. Do not go down the Aldea Gandario, take Aldea Cornide instead! Google Maps does not warn you when you are going down the road the wrong way and our tired pilot did not see the stop sign :D
2. The lady that welcomed us to the campsite was the most fun campsite person that I have ever encountered! As she skipped happily in front of our motorhome, she showed us the pitches with electric and told us to settle in and come to the bar to check-in when ready. So that made the check-in very easy.

We had 4 adults in a motorhome (+electric) and 2 small tents - it cost us 51 euro for two plots. The plots had no visible border (nor privacy really) but seemed huge. The ground was soft, and we had plenty of grass.

Location is great. There is a beach across the road and in better weather, we would have went for a swim.

It was raining extremely heavily that evening but the staff done everything they could to make us comfortable in the marquee where we were having a takeaway-type dinner from the campsite kitchen/restaurant. Dinner was delicious, especially raxo. And we are still laughing about the "bullshit" section on the menu :D There was nothing bullshitty about that potato omelette, we kept it for breakfast. ;)

The campsite was quiet. It seemed like mostly settled caravans were there.

Facilities were not bad but not great either - although toilets and showers were clean, they are outdated, requiring some general maintenance. There are hot showers and cold showers, take your pick.
Drinking water - everyone (other campers) was telling a different story for different water outlets whether you can drink it or not. So we did not fill up (to be safe). No staff were in the vicinity to ask the question at 11am the next morning. There is no information about the motorhome service point on reception or anywhere we looked. We did not find the place to empty grey water.
Returning to bar/restaurant and marquee - it could be improved so much by just general cleaning. Bar was cluttered and marquee floor was full of papers, fag butts, etc.

But all that was beaten by the friendly staff ;) We enjoyed our stay here. Don't ever loose that! It's the first impression that counts.

So - overall - 3 stars for the campsite (price v facilities v location v staff) and we would recommend staying there when passing.

Camping familiar en primera linea de playa, muy buen rollo y ambiente. Muy buena relación calidad precio. El entorno muy bonito. Servicios limpios. Yas es un encanto, pacientemente nos guío para llegar dándonos instrucciones por teléfono porque Maps nos mandaba por dirección prohibida. Lastima q solo estuvimos un fin de semana que íbamos de paso y que nos coja a 1000km de distancia.
Muy recomendable.

Sehr ungepflegt, wie einige schreiben, ist leider untertrieben. Neben Unordnung und Chaos ist bspw. die erwähnte Bar kaum als diese zu erkennen. Überall liegt etwas herum, es ist dreckig und ungepflegt. Der Abwaschbereich ist nicht nur sehr alt, auch Schäden an den Wänden werden nicht repariert…Schimmel in den Duschen.
Ja, die Betreiber sind freundlich gewesen, aber das reicht leider nicht aus, um ein zweites Mal hier zu übernachten.

El sitio es bueno, las parcelas son pequeñas y con los servicios básicos el agua caliente se acaba, y el agua en general también a veces. Si hay una lata aplastada en el parque va a estar hasta que la quites tú. Los baños viejísimos y sucios. Poco caudal de agua en todos los sitios, poca sombra. El personal amable, el restaurante bien. La tienda no tiene apenas nada (por ejemplo camping gas, agua grande o litros de cerveza)

Hemos ido dos amigas de Madrid con una perrita. Yas y Judi son lo mejor que nos ha pasado en todo el verano. Nos han tratado con todo el amor del mundo ellas y sus chicos. Amenazamos con volver pronto y más tiempo.

Un trato excelente lo que hace una estancia perfecta, unas instalaciones un poco antiguas pero bastante limpias y un ambiente unico!!! Sin duda lo recomiendo!!

Hicimos una reserva de última hora y la atención fue buena y la localización del camping inmejorable. Además se nos avisó que era un camping ruidoso, que habría jaleo hasta la 1 de la madrugada (lo entendimos y aceptamos). Sin embargo, eran más de las dos y los niños seguían gritando y derrapando con sus Hoverboards (patinetes electricos sin manillar, vaya) al lado de nuestra tienda. Gracias a dios empezó a llover y se hizo el silencio.
Lo que menos me ha gustado es que no se cumplen unas normas básicas de convivencia (si es que las hay)... perros sueltos, gritos y música alta, asando en las parcelas y el humo para el de al lado (nosotros en este caso).
En cuanto a las parcelas, son llanas pero muy pequeñas. Las instalaciones muy antiguas pero si pudimos ducharnos tres personas con agua caliente, hacia el mediodía, sin problema.
Para mí ha sido una experiencia desagradable.

Hemos descubierto este camping y puedo decir que no hemos podido estar 5 noches más a gusto.A pie de playa un camping de los de toda la vida donde el trato de Jaz y su gente ha hecho que merezca aún más la pena, sin duda pasa a ser un fijo para nuestras vacaciones a partir de ahora.

Un sitio escepcional, la atención familiar de las propietarias hace que la estancia sea perfecta.Es un camping completo, un camping de siempre ( no mejor ), el acercamiento y el trato que tienen conmigo hace q te sientas de casa
